Riverina Family Services (RFS) was established in 2018. We recognised that there was a need in the Riverina & wider community to deliver quality support services and choice to children, individuals and families. RFS will ensure that all clients feel safe and secure in the interactions with the service, so they can concentrate on the purpose why they engaged our service and support.
Our team is focused on delivering all aspects of parenting training and mentoring in home.
Please call us if you have an NDIS package, so we can discuss what options are available for you or your loved one and how we can assist in improving everyone's overall happiness and wellbeing.

My name is Stacey and I live in Wagga with my husband and 2 daughters. I have traveled & lived abroad, however I grew up in a small town in the Riverina, so it will always be considered home.
My commitment working within the community is something I am very passionate about. I have 18 years experience working with children, young people, families and disability sector. My determination, knowledge & experience working with individuals & the family unit is extensive & I have worked with people & families with complex needs & challenges. The hope is that RFS will provide a platform to deliver real change & impact the well being & happiness of children, individuals & families we work with.
I have been living in Wagga for over 3 years since moving from Wollongong where I spent 6.5 years working for Youth off the Streets in a high risk, high needs residential care program and South Coast Private mental health facility.
Since being in Wagga I have worked for the NDIS leaving the agency in Jan 2019 to work with Riverina Family Services in a support coordination and business admin capacity. I enjoy assisting participants and their families understand and utilize the opportunities and freedom presented by the NDIS. I look forward to collaborating with service providers and practitioners so participants lives can flourish in a way that has been unavailable to them prior to the existence of the NDIS.
I am very excited to be a part of Riverina Family Services, where a person centered approach to planning the type of support and services that the client needs is at the forefront of everything we do.
My experience working in the community sector dates back to 1988, when I joined Life Line as a volunteer Counsellor. I went on to be a facilitator with Life Line for seven (7) years training new recruits to be volunteer counsellors.
I completed a Diploma in counselling that has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to guide people through difficult times in their life.
I have held Management roles for twenty five (25) years in both disability services and children’s services, fifteen (15) of these as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a large Disability service. During this time I undertook a Graduate Diploma in Community Management.
I have valuable experience in disability supports, child protection, Foster Care training and support and behaviour assessment, intervention and training.
I am passionate about working with families and individuals providing support to empower them to live personally fulfilling, productive, and rewarding life.
Being part of Riverina Family Services allows me the opportunity to use my extensive skills and experience to provide positive behaviour support to families and implement supports and strategies in order to enhance a person’s quality of life.
I grew up in Wagga and currently live here with my young daughter. I enjoy exploring our beautiful land, and my daughter and I share a sense of adventure.
I have been a qualified social worker since 2007. During my social work career, I have spent significant time employed in a Federal Government agency, with six of those years being in a senior social work position. I have also worked with NGOs, academia and state government. My experience has been in supporting people across the lifespan with complex issues such as significant mental health needs, domestic violence and serious family breakdown. I work from a strengths-based perspective and employ relevant, contemporary models of therapy to support people to make the changes they wish to make.
In early 2019 I made the decision to step away from the corporate world, and practice social work in a way that is consistent with my values. I am excited to be a part of the Riverina Family Services team, as we all share similar values about supporting individuals and families through building respectful relationships
